感謝您讓您的孩子繼續加入北維州實驗中文學校的學習行列。請仔細閱讀下列的註冊程序與說明。
註冊程序
STEP 1 檢查服務點數餘額
- 請事先確認您在 ECS Online 上的服務點數是否正確。服務點數如未正確反映,將影響您的費率計算。
- 查詢方法如下:
- 登入至 ECS Online (無法登入)
- 點選 "My Service Point Report" 選項
- 如果您認為系統所顯示的服務點數餘額不正確,或是尚未更新,請在星期日至學校辦公室裡(一樓學生餐廳)與總務組人員洽詢,或是電郵 GeneralAffairs@nvaecs.org 詢問。
STEP 2 完成註冊報名表的填寫 在 ECS Online 上填寫
- 請按照下列步驟:
- 登入至 ECS Online (無法登入)
- 點選 "2025 School Class Registration" 選項
- 按照指示填表
- 如果您有任何特別需求或需要特別的安排,請務必在『Special Request』欄位填寫。學校將不接受任何電郵和口頭上的特別要求。
- 按『Submit』鍵送出報名表
- 送出後的報名表資料(包括『Special Request』欄位)將無法再被修改,所以在送出前,請務必確認所填寫的資料沒有錯誤。如果有不確定的資料或一時無法完成填寫,可按『Save』鍵保留所填寫的資料,等到以後再完成填表。
STEP 3 繳交費用 【線上繳費者】一旦您的線上繳費經過確認,您的註冊狀態將立刻顯示為 Active,此時您的註冊手續就已經完成。
【繳交支票者】請在您的學費支票上註明 (1) 註冊確認號碼、(2) 學生英文名字、及 (3) 您的電話號碼。如果沒有這些資料,學校人員將無法及時為您更新繳費紀錄和完成註冊手續。支票可於四月上課時間繳交至辦公室 (一樓學生餐廳) 或郵寄至 P.O. Box 220401 Chantilly, VA 20153。
- 舊生正式註冊的時間將於四月三十日截止。四月三十日後每個班級尚未被註冊的名額將開放給新生們。學校無法保証尚未註冊或未完成註冊的學生在學年的名額。
- 在四月三十日後註冊者,線上註冊表格將自動加入十五元遲交費。(延遲不完整的註冊將加重學校作業上的負擔,感謝您的諒解。)
- 在完成網上註冊表填寫之後,所有資料將無法被修改。但還沒有繳費之前,如果發現所填寫資料有錯誤,可電郵至 registration@nvaecs.org. 說明需要修改的內容,由學校行政人員進行修改。

Registration Process
STEP 1 Check Service Point Balance
- Make sure your Service Point record on ECS Online is correct because incorrect service points will affect your payment amount.
- To check your Service Point balance:
- Log in to ECS Online (Have trouble logging in)
- Select "My Service Point Report" option
- If your Service Point is incorrect or not up-to-date, please check with General Affiars staff at the 1F Student Cafeteria on Sundays; or email to GeneralAffairs@nvaecs.org
STEP 2 Complete Registration Form ECS Online
- Follow the steps:
- Log in to ECS Online
- Select "2025 School Class Registration" option
- Fill up the registration form
- If you have any special request or need special arrangement for your child(ren), please describe in the "Special Request" field on the registration form. We will not accept any oral special request or special request through emails.
- Once registration form is submitted, you cannot go back and modify the submitted information (such as "Special request" field). If you are not sure about the information you entered, or cannot complete the form, then you can "Save" the form and complete it later.
STEP 3 Submit Payment Pay Online Pay by Check:
- Your registration status will change immediately from In Progress to Active once your online payment is confirmed. Your registration is completed.
- Bring the check to the office at 1F Student Cafeteria during school hours (2-4pm) or mail the check to ECS mailbox (P.O. Box 220401 Chantilly, VA 20153).
- To avoid the delay in processing your payment, please include the following information in the check’s reference line: (1) your registration confirmation number, (2) student name(s) in English and (3) your phone number. This will allow us to correctly credit the payment to your account so that your registration can be completed in time.
