每年最大最熱鬧的秋季聯歡募款活動即將在十月二十八日登場，請各位美食大師準備大顯身手展現你精湛的廚技吧。

啊....活動只剩下最後幾天了！我們還需要您繼續大力的幫忙：

如何加入參與的行列

• 美食捐贈
  • 請向各班班爸班媽登記，或電郵募款組。
  • 不知道帶什麼菜嗎？快來參考一下菜單樣本吧！
• 帶領遊戲活動
  • 不太會煮菜嗎？沒關係，設計個有趣的遊戲或活動來和孩子們同樂。
  • 學校有些許器具可借用。有意者請跟募款組（fundraising@nvaecs.org）聯絡登記。
• 其他活動義工
  秋季聯歡需要很多幕前幕後的幫手，請家長們踴躍挺身而出。有意者請即刻上網登記。相關活動如下：
  • 場地佈置人員：徵一位小組長 (A)*加三位義工。1:00pm 前報到，2:00pm 之前完成塲地佈置。
  • 遊戲區服務人員報到：徵一位小組長 (B)*加四到八位義工。2:00pm 前報到，3:00pm 之前完成遊戲塲地佈置。
  • 場地清理人員：徵三到六位義工。5:30pm 前報到。5:50pm 之前完成場地清理。
  • * 小組長 (A)&(B) 需要幫忙 5:30-5:50pm 清理場地，將有兩點服務點數

Fall Festival was a huge success. We would like to thank everyone that came out to support, participate, and have fun! Special thank you for all the parents who prepared the food, hosted the game stations, and secure guard the cafeteria. And our sincere appreciation goes to our room parents, teachers, volunteers, and other staff members who contributed to make this a joyful event.

This year's highly anticipated Fall Festival is coming soon on October 28. It is ECS’s largest fundraising event of the year. The success of the event really depends on every member of our community. Be the first to donate a dish or two to the event!

How to Help

The event is just around the corner and we still need your involvement...

• Food Donation
  • To donate food, please sign up with your room parents.
  • View Sample Menu
• Game Hosting
  • Not good at cooking? How about host a fun game or activity for the kids?
  • You can borrow the game equipment from school. Game Equipment List. Please contact fundraising@nvaecs.org to sign up.
• Other Activities for Volunteers
  The success of the event really depends on every member of our community. We need many volunteers to work behind the scene as well as in front. Please sign up at ECS Online:
  • Cafeteria Setup - 1 Coordinator (A)* + 3 Volunteers from 1:00pm to 2:00pm
  • Game section Setup - 1 Coordinator (B)* + 4-8 Volunteers from 2:00pm to 3:00pm
  • Cafeteria Clean-up - 3 to 6 volunteers between 5:30pm and 5:50pm
  • * Coordinator (A)&(B) will need to help clean up between 5:30-5:50pm and will receive 2 service points.
