年終滑雪活動開始接受報名

實驗中文學校的年度滑雪之旅報名開始囉！我們的年度滑雪之旅是學校全學年最大的募款項目之一。歡迎您與親朋好友一起共襄盛舉。

關於滑雪活動

• 學校年終滑雪活動地點將於12/22（週日）至12/26（週四）（最早於12/23或最晚於12/27退房）在賓州的 Seven Springs Mountain Resort 舉辦 。
• 今年，我們提供彈性的預訂方式，您可以在 12/22 至 12/27 之間預訂日期，最少預訂兩晚，最多預訂五晚。
• 住宿選擇：今年最大的改變是公寓再次上市！公寓設有廚房和客廳。度假村的公寓預訂不包含早餐（但可以單獨購買）。
• 公寓選擇先到先得，並視供應情況而定。
• 公寓選擇範圍從 1 間臥室到 5 間臥室。
• 今年，我們再次提供Slopeside Hotel選擇，面積從一臥室到兩臥室套房不等。
• 有關公寓和飯店房間的詳細信息，請查看度假村網站。公寓是鄉村的典型公寓，地點會有所不同。Southwind units是無法選擇的。

• 填寫完報名表後，你將會收到附有總住宿金額的報名確認電子郵件。
• 早鳥優惠： 10/20前預定並繳費的參加家庭可享報名費10%折扣 (實驗家庭$25/ 非實驗家庭 $50)，學校確認收到支票或Paypal付款後才確定完成報名手續。

2024 ECS Skip Trip is Open for Registration

Our annual ECS ski trip is one of the largest fundraising event for our school. Come and join us and bring your family and friends.

• DATES: ECS 2024 ski trip will be between Sunday 12/22 and Thursday 12/26 (checking out as early as 12/23 or as late as 12/27)
• This year we are offering flexibility of booking your dates within 12/22-12/27 with minimum any two nights reservation up to five nights.
• RESORT: Once again at the beautiful Seven Springs Mountain Resort in Pennsylvania.
• LODGING OPTIONS: Many lodging options fit more than one family. Bring all your friends and family; let's make this a very special holiday on the mountain!
• The big change this year is that CONDOS ARE AVAILABLE AGAIN! Condos offer the benefit of a kitchen and living room.
Breakfast is not included in Condo reservations at the resort (but can be purchased separately).
• Condo options are first come first serve and are subject to availability.
• Condo options range from 1 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms.
• This year we are once again offering Slopeside Hotel options ranging in size from one bedrooms up to two bedroom suites.
• For details on Condo and Hotel rooms, please take a look at the resort website. The condos are typical of Village and
locations will vary. Southwind units are not available.
• EPIC PASS: ECS has a special epic pass link. Please go to EPIC PASS to check it out.
• Enter Promo Code B7SEXS24 which is CASE sensitive.
• Guests will be directed to your unique landing page to book lift tickets.
• EPIC Passes can be used all season long at ANY Participating Vail resort depending on the type of Pass you purchase.
• That means you can get an EPIC pass for 1 day of skiing during the trip.
• OR you can get EPIC passes for 5 days this season and use 2-3 days of the pass during the ECS Ski trip and the balance of the days on your own in January or February during non black out dates at Liberty Resort, or Whitetail or other participating Vail Resorts.
• OR if you cannot make the ECS trip this year, you can still buy the EPIC pass through ECS (which benefits the school) and go skiing the rest of the year.
• QUESTIONS: Anthony is the coordinator, and he will be at the ECS office on Sundays to answer any questions; you can contact him via email (activity@nvaecs.org) with any questions.
• You are welcome to invite your friends, relatives, neighbors, or co-workers to join the trip as every hotel reservation and epic pass ski lift ticket sold will benefit ECS.
• Please fill out the registration form and you will receive a confirmation email with total costs for payment.
• Early Bird Registration Deadline: 10/20 Sunday for 10% off registration fees ($25 for ECS Families and $50 for Non ECS Families) Checks or Paypal payments must be received to confirm your registration.
• Registration Deadline: End of November.
