Do you want your child to attend a trial session before enrolling him / her for the upcoming school year? We schedule trial sessions during the spring and fall semesters for those who are interested. Spaces are limited, so please submit your application form as soon as possible!

Signups after March 5, 2026 will be scheduled for the March 15 sessions only.

Trial Session Rules
- Interested students are welcome to come for a trial session. The fee for a trial session is $10 per class. Parents are asked to arrive at the student cafeteria on the first floor of Chantilly High School after 1:45pm, check in with the registration staff, and have your child attend a trial session.
- The number of available seats for each trial session depends on current class capacity. Classes that are already full will not be open for trial sessions. Classes that are near capacity may allow 1–2 new students to attend a trial session, while those with sufficient space may accept up to 3 trial students.
- If you would like to enroll your child after the trial session, please complete the online account registration within three days. The registration staff will decide whether to accept the application based on the latest class size. If accepted, your child will be officially enrolled. Please make the payment within the time limit stated in the payment notice. The $10 trial session fee will be credited toward the tuition. Those who do not pay by the deadline will not be enrolled.
- For Fall Semester only: To ensure teaching quality, starting in the third week of the fall semester, only transfer students will be accepted for trial sessions and enrollment.
NVAECS reserves the right to cancel or modify the trial session schedule. In the event of any cancellation or change, you will be notified by email for confirmation.
