Returning Student Registration

Registration Period: May 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025

Check Service Point Balance

  • Make sure that your Service Point record on Parent Portal is correct because incorrect service points will affect your payment amount.
  • If your Service Point is incorrect, please contact General Affairs at the 1F Student Cafeteria on Sundays.

Complete Registration Form

  • Log onto Parent Portal
  • Select the “2025 School Class Registration” option
  • Complete the registration form
    • If you have any special request or need special arrangement for your child(ren), please describe it in the “Special Request” field on the registration form. We will not accept any oral special request or special request through email.
    • Once registration form is submitted, you cannot go back and modify the submitted information (such as “Special request” field). You have the option to save the information that you have entered on the registration form and complete the registration at a later time.

Submit Payment

Pay Online through PayPal

  • Your registration status will change immediately from “In Progress” to “Active” once your online payment is confirmed.

Pay by Check:

  • Bring a check to the 1F Student Cafeteria during school hours (2-4pm) or mail the check to: P.O. Box 220401, Chantilly, VA 20153.
  • To avoid delay in processing your payment, please include the following information in the check’s reference line:
    1. Registration confirmation number
    2. Student name(s) in English
    3. Phone number
