2025 ECS Skip Trip is Open for Registration
Our annual NVAECS ski trip is one of the largest fundraising event for our school. Come and join us and bring your family and friends.
- DATES: NVAECS 2025 ski trip will be between
Thursday 12/25 and Sunday 12/28 (checking out as early as 12/26 or as late as 12/29) - This year we are offering flexibility of booking your dates within this window.
- RESORT: Once again it will be at the beautiful Seven Springs Mountain Resort in Pennsylvania.
- LODGING OPTIONS: Many lodging options fit more than one family. Bring all your friends and family; let’s make this a very special holiday on the mountain!
- Best Deal: This year we are once again offering Slopeside Hotel options ranging in size from one bedrooms up to two bedroom suites.
- Condos offer the benefit of a kitchen and living room. Breakfast is not included in Condo reservations at the resort (but can be purchased separately).
- Condo options are first come first serve and are subject to availability.
- Condo options range from 2 to 4 bedrooms.
- For details on Condo and Hotel rooms, please take a look at the resort website. The condos are typical of Village and locations will vary.
- EPIC PASS: ECS has a special epic pass link. Please go to EPIC PASS to check it out.

- EPIC Passes can be used all season long at ANY Participating Vail resort depending on the type of Pass you purchase.
- That means you can get an EPIC pass for 1 day of skiing during the trip.
- OR you can get EPIC passes for 5 days this season and use 2-3 days of the pass during the ECS Ski trip and the balance of the days on your own in January or February during non black out dates at Liberty Resort, or Whitetail or other participating Vail Resorts.
- OR if you cannot make the ECS trip this year, you can still buy the EPIC pass through ECS (which benefits the school) and go skiing the rest of the year.
- QUESTIONS: Anthony is the coordinator, and he will be at the ECS office on Sundays to answer any questions; you can contact him via email (activity@nvaecs.org) with any questions.
- You are welcome to invite your friends, relatives, neighbors, or co-workers to join the trip as every hotel reservation and epic pass ski lift ticket sold will benefit ECS.

- Lodging Choice and number of nights (2 nights up to 7 nights).
- Epic Pass must be purchased for each full day of skiing. In addition, your guests will be given a complimentary lift ticket from 4:00pm the afternoon of the day you check in.
- Equipment rentals will be 20% discounted.
- Taxes and gratuities are included in the pricing.
- Parking (Self-parking is complimentary and valet parking is available for a fee).
- Q: Is lift ticket required on ski slope for beginners?

- Lift tickets are required for anyone to use the ski slopes including the beginner area and Magic Carpet.
- Q: How are the Hotel Room Layouts?
- A:
- All rooms are subject to availability.
- Lodge Queen – standard hotel room with two queen beds. All 100 lodge queen rooms are located next to the Center lobby and are the closest room locations to Bavarian Lounge, Slopeside restaurant, retail shops, Pizza shop and Gingerbread Dreams (pastry shop).
- Queen Tower rooms – standard hotel rooms located in the ten story tower section of the hotel. Queen rooms have two queen beds.
- Queen Family rooms – similar in size to standard hotel rooms but with a two small queen bedrooms separated by the bathroom – offers more privacy vs. regular queen bedroom.
- King Jr. Suite – similar in layout to the Queen family but with a king bedroom and small sitting area with a pull-out sofabed separated again by the bathroom.
- Q: What if a person doesn’t want to ski/snowboard?

- Seven Springs resort has many entertainment options for nonskiiers including some of the items below. Bring a book and find a spot by the fire place with a glass of your favorite hot beverage!

- Guests can just purchase the number of ski passes they would like to use. If they do not want to go skiing any given day, they do not have to use their epic pass that day.

- Hotel is ski in and ski out with a ski check in. Condos might not be. The hotel is located a short walk from the base of the slopes and ski lodge. The hotel is also connected to the main lodge with restaurants, meeting space, game room, indoor pool and bowling alley.
