To ensure your question/issue can be taken care of promptly, we utilize an Help Desk web application system (ECS Online Help Desk) to manage and track all the tickets.
ECS Official Communication
We always want to ensure a smooth communication between the school and the parents. You can find the most updated information about school events in the following channels:
- NVAECS Website: the content is updated on a weekly basis.
- Weekly Announcement: the newsletter is sent out to all parents on Thursday nights during the school semesters.
- Special Announcement: the newsletter is sent out for special occasions or emergencies.
- School Bulletin Board: the bulletin is placed at the stairs nearby the school entrance 11 on Sunday afternoons.
- Room Parents: Our room parents have been the coordinators for various schools events for each class and the effective communication channels between the parents and the teachers. You can always count on them for any school-event-related questions.
