Finance– Maintain account recorder, cash flow, and account transaction
– Balance and manage school budget
General Affairs– Oversee Service Points System
– Maintain school supply inventory
– Maintain time control for class scheduling
Fundraising– Coordinate fundraising events
– Coordinate school donation
Publication– Post and send out Weekly Announcement newsletter
Registration– Prepare annual student registration
– Maintain student data
– Manage parent emails and log in
Procurement– Procure for board member and staff needs
TA Coordinator– Oversee TA’s activities
– Support and assign TA work to school events
Facility Planner– Coordinate with Fairfax County rental office
– Coordinate school usage and Fairfax county invoice payment
IT / Web– Perform IT support for board members and teachers
– Maintain Parent Portal update and design
– Maintain and update NVAECS website content
