學校運動會 Field Day

三月十三日

• 幼稚園，小學各年級和中學一年級學生：
  請於一點四十五分至體育館十號門，（網球場正對面）參加運動會。學生必須繳交運動會免責書才可參加。
• 運動會當天注意事項：
  
  • 學校運動會，所有課外活動課，包括室外的網球課，都將暫停一次。
  • 學生及家長需著運動服及球鞋（皮鞋及高跟鞋將無法入場）。
  • 學生不需㩦帶書包，但請準備水及點心（可以在運動場外的走廊食用）。運動場內不可飲水及吃東西。
  • 活動期間，請幫忙維護學生秩序及場地清潔。
• 運動會程序：
  
  • 1:45pm-2:00pm: 由十號門進入並在體育館外依班級標示排隊等候。（運動會也計入出勤紀錄，請老師記得點名。）
  • 2:00pm-4:00pm: 分組遊戲，每組約12分鐘，請聽號令換組。
  • 4:00pm-4:30pm: 整理清場。

• 中學二年級和高中各班學生：
  於原班教室參加中文 SAT-II 模擬考。

• All students from E1 to M1 ：
  Please proceed to CHS Gym (Door #10, across from Tennis Courts) at 1:45pm.
• Reminders on the Field Day
  
  • No extracurricular classes, including the ourdoor tennis classes on the field day.
  • On field day, all students and parents need to wear sport outfits and shoes/sneakers. No heels are allowed inside the gym.
  • Students can enjoy the snack and take a break in the hallway. Please note that no food or drink are allowed inside the gym.
  • During activity, please help to maintain student order and gym cleanness.
• Schedule
  • 1:45-2:00: Enter through Door #10 and wait outside of the Gym with your class. (Teachers please remember to do a roll-call for attendance record.)
  • 2:00-4:00: Participate in team games, rotate to the next station in 12 minutes when the signal sounds
  • 4:00-4:30: Clean-up
